With over 12 years of experience in paid canvass, mail operations, media relations, strategic ballot initiatives, corporate grassroots advocacy, and PAC management, Jonathon provides management and grassroots consulting to a range of clients. He has implemented high-profile campaigns for Obama 2012, Everytown for Gun Safety, and Next Generation Climate Change as well as several high-profile corporate clients. Jonathon is focused on the ground strategy, building strong community relationships, and directly relaying client messages to legislators’ employers: their constituents.
In his free time, Jonathon enjoys fishing the Chesapeake Bay in his trusty pedal kayak and volunteering on several boards dedicated to community involvement and social empowerment.
A creative politico who got his start making homemade signs for Kerry for President, John has been a multimedia planner and creative designer for a variety of organizations: statewide and local political campaigns, Fortune 100 companies, and respected local and international non-profits. A message is only as compelling as its presentation — John works with clients to ensure that their advertising aligns and empowers the larger communications strategy.
Outside of work, John enjoys going to Grateful Dead cover band shows, rooting for his beloved Baltimore sports teams, camping, and spending time on the one-of-a-kind Chesapeake Bay.
